To use Claims AI, users must register by providing their name, billing address, phone number, and banking information for recurring payments. All information must be accurate, current, and complete.
Claims AI accepts all major credit cards and bank drafts via Stripe. We offer Monthly and Annual subscription plans, with no contracts. Users may cancel their plan at any time by emailing [email protected].
Monthly plan users may receive a refund for up to one month of the plan if they are not satisfied, provided they notify us within 7 days of registration. Annual plan users are eligible for a refund if they notify us within 7 days of registration.
Users are prohibited from misusing our data, unauthorized access, and any abuse contrary to the intended use of creating insurance claim estimates for restoration projects. Violations may result in termination of service.
All reports and content generated on our platform are the property of Claims AI. We reserve the right to use this data for training, improvements, and enhancing our AI model.
We may occasionally pause services for updates, bug fixes, or improvements, striving to minimize downtime and ensure seamless service continuity.
In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms of Service or the services provided by Claims AI, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If resolution cannot be achieved, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This arbitration will occur in a mutually agreed-upon location and will be conducted individually, meaning that class actions or representative proceedings are not permitted. By agreeing to these terms, you are waiving your right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Claims AI is currently in beta. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, the software may contain inaccuracies or inconsistencies and is continuously improving. We recommend not using Claims AI as your sole billing software during this beta phase. Your feedback is invaluable to us for making Claims AI better.
